"Way less flour dust than I thought tbh"
I mainly got this because I was so over having flour dust all over my counter every time I milled. The Nutrimill actually keeps it contained way better than I expected, even when I do a bigger batch. There’s still a tiny little puff when I open it up, but nothing like my old setup. Happy with it so far

Overall, it’s a decent mill and it does work with most of the grains I use. That said, a few grains don’t run through as smoothly as I expected, which is a little annoying since I kind of assumed that was the whole point. Still usable, just not quite as effortless as I was hoping.

"Pretty easy to clean"
Cleaning it is simple enough overall. I mean, it’s mostly fine, but a few little bits do get stuck sometimes in those spots, so you have to pick them out.

I ordered from nutrimill and the product arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. The only thing is that shipping took longer than I expected, and I didn’t get the best updates while waiting. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I do think companies owe customers clear communication after an order is placed. Overall, I’m happy with the product, just wish the delivery process felt a little more considerate...

"Really consistent flour"
I’ve been using my NutriMill for a few months now, mostly for bread since I bake a couple times a week. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is how even the flour turns out. My old mill would leave some weird coarse bits here and there, but this one has been really consistent. I usually run hard wheat through it, sometimes spelt, and the texture comes out about the same every time. Makes recipes way less annoying because I’m not adjusting for random chunky flour. Happy with it so far.

"Still going strong after years"
I bought my nutrimill a few years back, and even though I’m usually rushing around when I use it, it’s still been working great. I use it often and haven’t had any problems with parts breaking or the motor slowing down. It feels solid and dependable, and I’m really happy with how well it’s held up.

At first glance, I’d say the hopper size is good for a regular kitchen. It holds a decent amount, though I still end up refilling it now and then.

"Pretty easy ordering experience"
Ordering from NutriMill was straightforward. I found what I was looking for faster than I expected, checkout went through without any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Maybe I’m too easily impressed by a smooth website, but I really appreciated that nothing felt confusing or annoying. I haven’t needed to contact support, which I’m taking as a good sign... unless I’m just being overly optimistic.

I felt a little pressured when I bought it, like I had to decide fast, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But I’ve been using it weekly and I’m surprised by how solid it feels. It grinds evenly and hasn’t given me any weird issues so far. Overall, the quality seems really good and I’m happy I went with it.

I’ve been really happy with this because my flour doesn’t get hot, even when I’m milling a bigger batch. I’ve used it for wheat, spelt, and a few mixed grain batches, and the flour still comes out cool enough every time. I’ve done enough for bread, pancakes, pizza dough, and even extra to store, and I haven’t had any issues with it overheating. Simple thing, but it makes a big difference.

"Helpful in the end"
I had to reach out to nutrimill about a warranty issue with my mill. They did respond and were polite, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a bad experience. I don’t know why, but it just felt like it took a few emails and more waiting than I expected before things really started moving. They did help me out in the end, it just wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping.

The instructions were clear overall and easy enough to follow, which I really appreciated because I like knowing I’m doing things the right way. I did have one small question about cleaning a few parts, but the site gave me enough guidance to get started without feeling like I was just guessing.

"It does what it’s supposed to do, and…"
It does what it’s supposed to do, and overall it works fine... but the noise is a lot!!! I can’t really use it early in the morning or when the kids are sleeping, because it’s just too loud. For the price, I really expected it to be at least a little quieter!!

"Was able to find the replacement part..."
Was able to find the replacement part I needed for my Nutrimill, so that was good. Some parts looked out of stock though, and a few things were kind of hard to figure out on the site. Shipping was fine, not especially quick. Overall decent experience, just wish it had been a little smoother.

"Fresh flour is really nice, but not mind-blowing"
I got into milling because everyone kept saying fresh flour tastes way better, and yeah, it definitely has a nice nutty flavor. My bread smells really good too, which is satisfying. That said, I wouldn’t call it some huge life-changing difference for me. It’s still better than regular store-bought flour, just not as dramatic as I expected. The Nutrimill site was fine overall, no major issues, but it did feel a little overwhelming to figure out at first. All in all, it was a decent experience.

"Pretty good, but bigger than expected"
The mill works well, but it definitely takes up more counter space than I thought it would. I have a small kitchen, so having to shift it around when I need room gets annoying.
I still use it, just not as often as I probably would if it were easier to keep out. It’s not a bad product at all, I just wish the footprint was a bit smaller.

"Works, but I’m not totally confident in it"
The mill does work, but the flour comes out a bit uneven for me, even after trying to adjust it a few times. It also seems to heat up quickly, which makes me a little cautious about running it for too long. For the price, I expected something more consistent and reassuring.

It works fine and gets the job done, but i felt a little disappointed. For the price, I was really hoping for better quality. It’s not terrible, but it didn’t quite live up to what I was expecting.
